We are a research group at the University of Granada, based at the Centre for Genomics and Oncological Research (GENYO). Our research focused on the development and application of new computational and statistical methods for the analysis and interpretation of biolomedical data. We are especially interested in building predictive models that combine heterogeneous data sources to better understand disease progression, identify biomarkers, and support precision medicine strategies. In parallel, we develop reproducible and open computational tools that facilitate the exploration, integration, and interpretation of biomedical data across different scales and modalities.
